These are so fresh and here's why:

simple. elegant. highlight to shadow ratios are just creme du jour. colors are gorgeous. and maybe i'm just out of touch with 'now' fashion or whatever, but there is just beautiful clothes and girl here, and none of this gaudy-as-hell dayglo-Galliano overkill neo-Rococo multi-million $$ crap that seems to show up a lot in fashion photo these days.

and notice the relationship between title and essay...

I dunno, it sort of reminds me of the old grunge 90s heroin chic stuff. And don't get me wrong, I love grunge, but I don't think it's particularly fresh.

But, then again, I LOVE the "neo-Rococo" stuff, so to each their own.

I agree, and that's why I posted them. I'm a little worried if photos like these fit this community or not. But Photo_Decadent seems to be the best LJ fashion photography community, and there are a lot of different and varied shoots posted here, hopefully people are allowed to appreciate what they like without too much bitching.
