AboutHi fellow football freaks,
while I'm watching Liverpool trying to get through the Arsenal defense, I thought I could do the first post in here and present our community.
Who are we?
This community serves as a challenge community for our fanfiction forum (http://www.razyboard.com/system/user_fanfiktion.html). Basically, we're a group of German football fans who enjoy reading and writing good football fics (preferably slash). Most of us post our fics in a German archive called which you find under http://www.fanfiktion.de/c/109004.
What do we like?
Of course everyone has his own preferences when pairings are concerned - some love the Schweinski, others adore Metzelly, le Grand OTP or C. Ronaldo / van Nistelrooy. Basically, as long as a fic's well written and has a good plot, most of us will read and like it.
As we're Germans, most of us love the German national team, the "Mannschaft", and you'd better not send us anything about the Italian team's glory :-) But apart from that we're open for everything.
What's going on in this community?
This community serves as our challenge community. When we've come up with a good challenge in our forums, we'll post it here and crosspost some advertisements in other football-fic-communities. As LJ's comment system is quite similar to a review system, we'll post the challenge fics here for everyone to read, review and finally vote.
