So coming home from an interview in Cambridge, I saw this little beauty outside of a bar (Atwoods) and we...obviously I thought of all the wonderful bacon fans here...

i would LOVE to be in a bacon eating contest and eat as much bacon as i could, and not think about the fat content until after its already safely in my belly.

I can sometimes eat a full pound of bacon (pre-cooked weight) just standing by the stove, eating each little batch of slices as they get done in my cast-iron skillet.

I don't feel so good afterward, but not bad enough to deter me from doing it again the next time.

hehe.. I have a Brazilian friend who would love to enter *her* name into that contest, if she lived there instead of Sao Paulo.

I can actually see her standing over the carnage, yelling "There can be only one!" ;), all 100# of her. ;)
