Spinach & feta stuffed chicken
You guys helped me yesterday, so as promised, here's a picture of what I made...

I pounded Montreal Chicken seasoning into the breasts and made thema bout 1/4" thick, then I marinted them in Gazebo Room Greek Dressing (BEST EVER) for about 20 minutes.
I sauteed the fresh spinach leaves and chopped garlic in a bit of olive oil, then tossed with garlic/herb feta cheese and stuffed into 4 breasts. It was soooooooooo good!!!

In the front are cauliflower mashed "potatoes" (I'm on South Beach..)

Great dinner! Thank you all for the suggestions - I still have 1/2 a bag left so I'm going to try some more of the recipes you posted tomorrow. :)

I couldn't of done it better myself!!
I didn't think of the montreal! I've done it with italian dressing marinade though..
I will have to try montreal though.. MMMMMMMM

after talking about this yesterday I picked up chicken sausage stuffed with fontina, spinache and garlic.. Mmmmm

You are on south beach but I am on a low carb/low sugar high protien diet.. I had gastric bypass :)
