This community has an open membership, and anyone is welcome to join. You don't need approval to post. Please though, don't make me ban you. Because I don't even know how, and I'd rather not find out.
POSTING
Please make your posts clear. "Plz don't type lyk dis. it's hard 2 read & understand. kthnx." I know you all have some form oof an education, even if you don't speak English, so please type like it. Seriously, it won't kill you.
CONSIDERATION FOR SLOWER CONNECTIONS
Please don't post more than three icons outside of an lj-cut/fake cut. I personally have dial-up (I know, I'm living in the stone age), and I know what a pain in the butt it is to wait for hundreds of icons to load. Three teasers, that's it. Even if there's only one more icon in your journal, just do it. Thanks.
OTHER DISCUSSION
This is a Friday Night Lights ICON community. Please restrict your posts to things that have to do with icons. If it has to do with other aspects of FNL, please visit fridaynight_tv. It makes things a whole lot easier.
STEALING / HOTLINKING
I shouldn't have to say this, but I am anyway. Do NOT steal or hotlink someone's icons. It's not that difficult to uplaod to your own server (ImageShack and TinyPic are both free, and require no registration), and then credit someone for the icons. LiveJournal even hosts our icons for us, so really there is no excuse. Period.
SPOILERS
FNL is currently airing on Wednesdays, and icons are considered spoilers until three days after the episode airs. Please label your post if your icons include anything even remotely spoilery. It's pretty simple too, to just say there are icons from the new episode.
WHAT IS A SPOILER?
Until Saturday night at 10pm after a new episode, it's safe to say your icons may include spoilers. And I know there are spoilerphobes out there, who don't want an episode spoiled for them before they've seen it.
