ANNOUNCEMENTS

Im also thinking this community needs a new layout so im going to have a layout making contest. Since im a poor college student not only will the winner get his/her layout featured on the community they will either get a Paid acount for 6 months, or if they already have a paid acount 6 months of having 100 userpics, or 6 months of extra storage space (whichever they perfer)
prizes will only be awarded if I get more than 6 submissions. This contest will run untill the end of the September, then all member will have an opertunity to vote on your design.

Rules:

Must have something to do with Full Metal Panic, it can be form any season, however if you choose to use something from Second Raid, remember that not everyone has seen it so NO SPOILERS

You can't steal someone elses work, nor can you ask a friend to make the layout for you.

You must be a member of the community to participate

It would be nice to make a default icon to go along with your layout (you don't need to)

Fanart is completly acceptable

When you submit your submission make the subject line of you comment "CONTEST SUBMISSION"

1. You don't have to vote to fill out an application, but you should rate people anyway, because its no fun for people to come check their posts and find that no one has voted on them!

2. Do not try to make your application as the character you want, please be honest. Be yourself!

3. To let us know that you've read these kick ass rules, please type "One of the Whispered" in the subject line.

4. Put your application and pictures behind a lj-cut! Please don't post Cosplay pics until you have been stamped, and then put "stamped" in the subject line so that we know.

5. Once stamped, please upload it to your own server. NO HOTLINKING! We will go Izumi on your arses if you do!

6. Bold your votes! ^.^

7. If you feel like you must vote more than one character for someone, you may, but try to keep the max at 2. Also, try to give some reasoning as to why you think they are like the character you are saying.

8. You are allowed re-apply for your survey once if you are not satisfied, but please give it at least a week.

9. After 5 votes, or 4 days you will be stamped. Please keep on voting though, and tell others about the community!

10. Most importantly, be nice chillin's. No bashing or the like. >.< It isn't very nice!

11. This is not a popularity contest, so don't just vote on your favorite character. Nor is this rating community based on looks alone. Make you vote based on a combination of both personality and looks
