- - All icons must be shareable and LJ format (100x100 pixels, 40KB or less)
- - If you take an icon, comment and credit the artist and the community.
- - Icons can be animated.
- - Icons must not be posted anywhere until after the voting has ended.
- - All icons must pertain to the original Full Metal Panic! series, Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid, or Full Metal Panic? Fomoffu! series. Manga allowed. Fanart isn't.



SUBMISSIONS
- - Once every week (Sunday) you will get a challenge.
- - You make up to two icons per challenge. You submit by the following Sunday (6 p.m. EST close).
- - You vote up to three times for your favorites by Wednesday (midnight close).
- - You must use the same format for every submission. Format for submission:

VOTING:
- - The voting post will be screened. You reply using your number choices.
- - This is the format for your voting comment. Three votes per person, but if you don't like three not your own you can do just one or two choices.

First choice: #8
Second Choice: #2
Third Choice: #5

- - Each vote is weighted. Your first choice will get 3 points, second choice 2 points, third choice 1 point. The top three in points will be our winners. Ties allowed. One Maintainer's Choice per challenge (that means I pick the one I like the most, hehehe)
- - You don't vote for yourself. No anonymous posting. It won't count.

- - Mods, Maintainers and Banner makers can also submit and vote.
