If you watch any of the other Keenspace comics, you know they've not been updating recently. That's because Xella is a lazyass, lost the Flow of Destiny folder for over six months, and doesn't sit at her computer all that often anymore there was a big server crash and things hit the fan, but that's okay because it's over now =D Flow of Destiny has been updated. MANY thanks to Cassie ( ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) gatogurl) for helping me with part of the colouring when I just wanted to give up on it and be done. There's also new fanart by Rini ( rini_b) on the Fan Donations page. Be sure to check them out and marvel =D

Happy birthday, Flow of Destiny!Thank you to everyone who gave us birthday presents this year *^^* You can view all ... one of them on the newly-updated Fan Donations page *^^* Also, the comic itself has been updated with a new comic (we finally finished that flashback!) and the whole site has been redesigned! Yes, some sections are still not done (those being: Characters, Gallery, World, Lore, and Sunahri), but ... erm... we got one page that wasn't done done? Right? Yes! So, happy first FoD, let's hope this second year turns out to be more productive for all involved ^^;;

Wow, things have been so stressful this past week that it COMPLETELY slipped my mind that I set the next Flow of Destiny comic to upload on Monday morning to be put up Tuesday. If you're not firm on what's been going on so far, I suggest reading from here. Also, if you'd like me to -- wow I just realized that's almost Amn down there on the Sphynx on the other page in that comic =D;; Small world. -- summarize what's happened thus far, check the LJ-cut below for that. Before I do that, though, I'd like to mention that the 23rd is the anniversary of Flow of Destiny's first comic posting -- back in 2001 the very first comic went up. If any of you would *cough* like to donate your souls -- I mean your bodies -- I mean your blood -- you know what, let's try this sentence again. IF YOU'D LIKE TO DONATE something so that I can get a fanart/fiction/whatever page up, or if you'd like to do a guest comic, any of that blather, email it to me at xella@dysdaera.net and let me know I can put it up *^^* And I'll love you forever *smiles* Right, right, synposis.  xella @ 11:45pm: Hiatus ended (hopefully)
Well, after two months, our unannounced hiatus is finally ending. Sunday will update with a new comic (this makes the fangirls and boys squeal, because there is SEXY GABENESS! And even I think so. Yay.) and I think I've found a better way to colour these while getting the same results. It's just faster. We hope. And since sangie is drawing the BA's for the next couple updates, I don't have to worry about that ^.^~ So most of my focused artisticness will be directed to FoD. The world says yay! I say yay! Alisha says yay! Come on, say it with us...

As you all probably know, I'm going on vacation later today, and not coming back until next Sunday at around 4-ish PM Pacific time. As much as I hate saying it, I didn't finish next Sunday's comic in time, so there won't be one next week. There WILL, however, be one this Sunday, one that I'm reasonably tolerant of, and I'll try to work my butt of on the trip to get one mostly ready for late updating hopefully on Sunday. I'm also going back to school the monday following (September 23rd), so if I don't get it up at all, sorry again ^^; I'm really sorry about all this.. one more reason I have to learn to get my act together --;;

Sorry for the lateness of the comic, guys.. I slept, and then got distracted, and then was dragged out, and got distracted again (that Kevin Smith.. mm...) King Bob isn't really a new character, but he gets his first dialogue here (you'll remember him from the earlier flashback). Prince Gabriel, Princess Gabrielle's brother, also appears. With shoddy colouring. And I'd like to mention that it's not half that bad in the Photoshop file, but because I was taught the ways of art uploading from Elfwood, I try to keep all my files below 100k if I can help it. With the Flow of Destiny comics, this often means 50% JPG compression or less. I *really* hate JPG compression ??;

Flow of Destiny has not only been updated, but now there is also links on the links page as well as banners with which you may use to link to the comic *^^* And I really would appreciate it if you would, don'tcha know *nod* There are 12 banners and buttons there from which you can choose, in the 3 standard web sizes (88x31, 234x60 and 480x60). I'll let you know when I add more, which I should be doing as I finish more artwork *nod*

First order of buisness: The comic, Flow of Destiny, has been
updated not only on time, but early. I have Keenspace's auto-update
time set to update the comic for Sunday at 7:00 PM on Saturday. Don't
ask me WHY I chose 7:00PM on Saturday, it just struck me as a good
time oO; Anyway, this is the first time I've gotten it done in time
for it to go up when it should, and I hope to continue the pattern.
My laziness going away, the comic should go up at about this time all
the time. I have some filler comics done, so if I don't have one
ready, a filler will go up.
( What time is 7PM PST in my time zone? )
As I was saying, I hope nobody is too very not-happy with the
concept of filler comics. The good news is I had most of a comic
already sketched out on Friday (an hour after the Midterm with
nothing to do), and we've gotten the new character that appears in
said comic designed now, so it should be up. I think I might put a
filler up just because, but we'll see.
And don't worry.. they're decent-looking fillers XD;;

Flow of Destiny has been updated. Also, we now have a tentative update schedule. Expect a new comic every Sunday, unless problems arise (in which case I'll warn you so you don't have to go to the page and wonder..) I've also almost got next Sunday's comic completely sketched (I checked with Alisha, and now have a few things to change), which means I may be able to create some backlog. That would be nice, I'd like to have at least a comic and a half backlog when I enter school again in the fall... Anyway. Rambling. Please enjoy. I sleep now *nod*

Well, folks, the time you've all been slowly awaiting is here. Flow of Destiny (as in the comic that I'm sure you all have been waiting for with baited breath XD;;) has arrived! Yes, folks, the first comic has gone up without a hitch. Also, the Creators page is up and complete. The archives page, for some reason or another, didn't seem to update, but that will be fixed shortly. Character pages and the Gallery are almost finished, and I'll let you know when they go up. As a final note, remember that Alisha and I (or at least I, I dunno all that much about Alisha ^^;) are always looking on ways to improve. So, please, if you have something to say (nice or not, though not t'would be nice if it was constructive ^^;), please, please, please don't hold your tongue! That said... please, enjoy!

We're well on our way now, folks! Rain or shine (or snow, which I would really prefer..mm..snow...), The very first Flow of Destiny comic will go up by Sunday. Yes, folks, you heard me. Sunday. It's ready to go now, really, except I want to get more than the indextemplate done page-wise. If you'll be so kind as to note, most of the links on the index page there are broken. This will soon be remedied, so don't worry about it.

Thanks to everyone here who's been so patient. We've recieved our Keenspace account for Flow of Destiny, and as soon as it's fully activated (should be by this time tomorrow, at the latest), I'll start uploading stuff to prepare it for the comic. Alisha and I haven't decided yet when we're going to start it, or even where it's going to go or how its going to be done, but hey, we're well on our way now! ?_?

I know you guys dont really know what Flow of Destiny is right now, and since nothing is finalized, its probably not a good idea to give you hints yet. What I will tell you is that I am really excited and im postitive this is going to be good. Flow of Destiny is my pet project, and Im more involved in this rather then Bowspirits. For those of you that are wondering this is completly seperate and different then BA, and the characters in the Bloodraven Chronicles. Anyway, ill keep you updated with our progress. For now you can satisfy yourself with the picture of one the main characters Laural that Alicia drew. (I dont have the link Alicia, you will have to give it)

This is the Livejournal community for Flow of Destiny: an online webcomic by Aslua Studios. The comic (and the community) aren't quite up yet, but at least now you can say "I was a member of the community when..."!
