I'm doing a cosplay from wolfs rain and I'd kinda like to carry around a white wolf plushie... does anyone have one that i can buy from them?

Squareplay is coming to Megacon 2008!

Squareplay, a global community exclusively for Square-Enix character cosplayers, will be having one of its first meets and shoots at Megacon in 2008. This will be the perfect opportunity to meet other members in person and to gain new friends.

This shoot will be open to all Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy, and other Square-Enix cosplayers. Membership is not required to attend.

Date: Friday, March 7th 2008
Time: 3 PM
Location: (North/South Concourse, Hall SB) Level 2, area facing S220 F & G [Interactive Floor Plan]

Hiya~! I'm a cosplayer residing in tampa florida... and sadly I dont have ANY friends that like to hang out and do random stuff in cosplay
... Actually, I don't have any friends that cosplay (other than the ones I see at conventions)
So I was wondering if there was anyone in the Tampa or Brandon area that would like to hang out and joke around in cosplay....
(I dont have a car so I cant go too far out of my way since i hafta take the bus...otherwise I wouldnt mind driving everywhere...lol)

Basically I'm your average 20 year old anime geek that likes to make an idiot out of her self.... And it's always funner if you have someone else to hang out with...

it hurts just thinking bout it... the things i go thru for cosplay...xD

my poor hair ;o; its fried from all that bleach ;__;
and my chest wasnt in the best shape afterwards either considering what i had to do in my hidan cosplay XDXD (its too painful to say, but you can probably figure it out by looking at my hidan pics) lol

Hey there, I'm in Orlando and just wanted to give a shout out. I've lived here a long while but most of my friends have moved away and I'm looking for some new ones. I like mostly shounen anime but my repatoire is pretty extensive...I'm 23 so I've seen quite a few series, as you can imagine. My otaku-ishness started when I was 15 X_X

Hi everyone, I'm new to the community and I thought I'd say hi while I'm waiting for class to start in about 20 mins. You can call me Kenji(nickname), and I've been an anime fan ever since Time Warner Cable got Cartoon Network and Toonami ^_^ I remember DBZ, Sailor Moon, Voltron, Robotech, Outlaw Star, Cowboy Beebop, Trigun, Rurouni Kenshin(fav. anime. ever. and. manga. too.) and even Pokemon (the first season rocked <_< the others didn't) I'm glad to be in a community of anime fans finally, since I won't look like a dork for chit-chatting about it endlessly with you all! Message me if any of you are near UCF or going to UCF, since I'd love to meet up and talk anime and maybe watch some stuff. I'm always up for trying new series!

Attention all Kingdom Hearts/Final Fantasy/Disney cosplayers!

If you are attending [Anime Festival Orlando] next weekend, we're having a KH/FF/Disney photo shoot!

When: Friday @ 2 PM
Where: Stairway outside the northern most end of the convention hall (across from Main Events) - we will then move to a more scenic location once enough people have met up
Who: Anyone who has a Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy, or related Disney costume is welcome; if you would like to come just to watch/take photos, you are welcomed too!

My sincere apologies for joining just to post this, but I thought there might be some here who would be interested:

Tomorrow, Thursday June 29th, at 4pm, Lindsay Cibos and Jared Hodges, creators of the manga series "Peach Fuzz" will be giving a talk at the Buenaventura Lakes Branch Library in Kissimmee (this branch is very close to South Orlando). The talk will cover the creation of a manga novel from concept to publication and will include a brief drawing lesson, and a chance for aspiring manga artists to get their work viewed by a professional. This program is free, and will last about an hour. However it is ONLY open to teens between the ages of 13-18, as it is part of the library's summer Teen program.

If you're the right age, have transportation, and are in the area, please come out and join us. Bring friends :).

Hey ya'll! I'm so excited to find an anime community just for us Floridians! ^_^ We are so special. Hehe. Anywyas I'm 20 (gonna be 21 this winter) and I'm around in the Gainesville area. About half an hour away from it. I was born in Gainesville and although I've lived all over (being an army brat) I have always considered it my home and came back to it.

I gave a dork variety squeal of glee when I saw a link to this community. Having been born and raised here in good old Punta Gorda, finding decent anime is next to impossible; it has to be downloaded if you want it badly enough. Hurricane Charley wiped out our local Books A Million (one of two central hubs for PG otaku) for at least five or six months. Where did you GO o' Abenoboshiiiii?

Haha, but enough about that! Looking forward to seeing and sharing updates with all of you. It is hopefully that I can contribute something to this community, aside from randomly prodding people with a digital stick, that is. ^^

Hello, all, just went looking for new communities and friends and found you guys. Anyway this is my intro. to let you know someone else has joined your ranks. I live in Tallahassee, but originally I come from Germany where I was born. Naturally I like anime (or I wouldn't be here), but I don't get to watch much because...well, it's Tallahassee for one thing, not exactly a mecca for Anime, and I only have limited basic cable which means if I see any anime at all it's mostly the kind that's been through the "take-out-anything-that-can-possibly-be-offensive-to-anyone-on-this-side-of-the- planet" vareity.
