Hi All i'm new here,
But i am not new to Flight Sim i have FSX at the moment.

But I have tried to Re-install it and it has The Error1722 that everyone has been taLking about and have no idea how to fix .so does anyone no how to help?

Landing the Learjet is much easier if you raise the seat (you know, Shift + enter) exactly once. Zero times and I can't see the runway at all, two times and it looks like I'm gonna nosedive.

Just thought I'd mention that in case anyone else has been having problems.

Has anybody used WideView or FSEarth?

I'm thinking of getting one or possibly both but I wondered if they are worth paying for or if there were freeware programs that acheive the same thing.

music: Listening to KMSP tower online

I've recently become addicted to Flight Simulator, and since I'm Minnesotan and like big cities, I frequently use KMSP in the game.

Minneapolis had two runways in one direction (30-12) and one running across it (4-22). They recently added another runway which isn't in FS2004, off to the west end of 4-22, going 35-17, and the more I think about it, the less I can figure out why. It doesn't help at all if the wind demands that runway 4 be used, and 17/35's approach/departure path intersects with every other runway.

What is going on here? Does anyone know what the purpose of this runway is?

A little help.

I've recently begun to use the ATC to direct my flight instead of just finding a route and following it.

One thing I'm not sure about is some of the terminology. Could someone explain to me what 'Request flight following' means and how do I aks the ATC for the ILS frequency of the runway they direct me to land on?

Hurrah! I has downloaded Tu-154b with the started engines! It is fantastic! 3 liveries: the old "Aeroflot", new "Aeroflot" and " the Ural Airlines ". Here two first are shown only.
