ABOUT:
30 icons in 30 days.
HOW TO PLAY:
01 You must be a member to participate.
02 Submit a claim for your subject of choice at this post and then wait to be approved. You have 30 days from your date of approval to make 30 icons.
03 Once approved, you may then begin to post icons. You may post all your icons in one post when you are finished or in batches of at least 10 at a time
04 If you've completed the challenge successfully, comment at this post to get listed. You will then get a banner. :D
RULES:
01Each subject may only be claimed by one person at any given time.
02 Each person may claim up to two subjects at a time. However, you will still have only 30 days to complete the icons.
03 All 30 icons must be of your chosen subject. It can include other characters/actors/objects but your subject MUST be visible.
04 Please put your icons behind a cut! You can put 3 preview icons but they must be work/school safe.
05 If your icon contains questionable rating content, please post a noticeable warning and place all of those icons behind a cut.
06 Please make FRESH icons for this challenge, please don't include icons made before your claim.
07 15 of the 30 icons will need to follow the themes below. The final 15 are completely your choice.
THEMES:
01 Subject with name. – a picture of your subject with their name.
02 Black & White – Must be black and white only. Can be a desaturated color photo or a original Black & White.
03 Textless – No text at all, including tiny text.
04 Song Lyrics – Lyrics from any song with a related pic of your subject.
05 Recolor – A B&W or desaturated pic colorized.
06 Blend – two different photos on your subject combined.
07 Lost – An icon that depicts this feeling or you may have the feeling as text on your icon.
08 Love - An icon that depicts this feeling or you may have the feeling as text on your icon.
09 Polaroid – An icon that mimics a Polaroid or photograph. If you need help finding brushes look here.
10 Purple – An icon that features the color purple, it can be in the original source pic or you can add.
11 Eyes – An icon that features the eyes of your subject. If your subject does not have eyes let us know and we can think of an alternative theme.
12 Joy- An icon that depicts this feeling or you may have the feeling as text on your icon.
13 Friendship - An icon that depicts this feeling or you may have the feeling as text on your icon.
14 Tiny Text – An icon that uses tiny text if you need help finding brushes look here.
15 Sorrow - An icon that depicts this feeling or you may have the feeling as text on your icon
POSTING:
When posting your icons to the community, please do it in this format:
Subject: The name of your subject and date of your claim approval.
Batch: 01-30, 01-15, 16-30, etc.
Addictional Notes : Any notes you want to add.
Source: We encourage that you keep track and post your sources for pics, brushes, textures, etc.
