AboutThis is where Florida Asian Ball-Jointed Doll owners can come together and chat about things!
Things that are on-topic:
1. Advertising meets. Go ahead and advertise them here! Link to the thread on DoA if you like! Thing is, it has to be in Florida.
2. Organizing mini-meets. Sometimes at cons there is a main meet, but maybe we want to get together again. Organize it here so we don't make DoA explode with meets at the same con.
3. Posting photos. PLEASE SHARE YOUR PHOTOS!! Mods, random hanging out, meets, whatever you want! This community is labeled has "Adult Concepts," so tasteful nudes of your doll/s is fine. Just keep it PG-13.
4. Posting photostories. Go ahead, just Lj-Cut it. Also leave it PG-13. Again, I have this community labeled as "adult concepts" in case you want to push the boundaries of DoA. If I see it as anything besides PG-13, it will be deleted.
5. Asking for advice. We'll help you any way we can!
6. Tutorials. If you post them, we'll put it in the memories!
7. Selling dolls, items, etc. Think of it as the marketplace. Links to eBay and other sites is fine as well. Get the word out there for your sales! Just make sure it's doll related.
8. Helping search DoA. DoA is HUGE. Sometimes it's hard to find anything. If you're looking for something, ask here for help! If we all can't find anything, chances are there isn't a thread.
9. Asking about meets. Say you want to have a meet at Megacon, but you don't know if someone is already organizing it. Ask here, and we'll see. If no one is organizing something, go ahead and start one! Or if you're starting one, come here if you need help with things like location, organizing it, etc.
10. Sharing personal doll journals/sites. Some people have journals or MySpaces for their dolls. Share here!
11. Sharing websites. Find a cool new doll site? SHARE!
12. Group orders. Want to organize group orders in your area? Advertise here!
13. Organizing contests. Want to organize a contest online or at our next meet? Go ahead!
Anything doll-related is fine, really. If it's off-topic, I'll let you know before I delete it.
