Y'all.
I had my first Zumba class last night. I burned over 700 calories in an hour, and I felt fantastic all day today. And the best part was it absolutely did not feel like exercise. It was just dancing; one woman even had a belly-dancing jingly thingees belt on, and the music was great. I am so sticking to this.
Unfortunately, it's only Monday and Wednesday, so I have to find something else the rest of the week. I have a salsa dancing DVD that doesn't even compare, and a Tai Chi one that I really enjoy but doesn't feel very vigorous. I need to move the treadmill back inside, but with the xmas tree and the big roll of carpet we don't have much space in the living room. I'll figure it out!
But seriously, the point of the post: ZUMBA FUN. GO NOW.
