This community as been started as a healthy image of what thinspiration should mean. We DO accept people with eating disorders, but do not promote it. Instead, we work together tohelp you overcome the disease to live a healthier and happier lifestyle while MAINTAINING a skinny, FIT, beautiful body image.
Joining this community means you are interested in nutrition and health. With the right education and information, we can all be happy with a healthy body.
All the same, this community is NOT for EDs only in recovery. We are simply another alternative for motivation to lose/retain/gain weight to maintain a healthy lifestyle with proper nutrition and exercise!
