FitMates

FitMates is a private community-come-support group for those aspiring to a fitter, healthier lifestyle. We aim towards a community where all members are friends, in order to facilitate an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable to share secrets, successes - and the occasional failure. Therefore, membership is by invitation from an existing member only.

-We understand that eating-disorders can be real, and devastating health issues for many people, however there are other more suitable communities to give support, and while we give sincere sympathies to those affected, that is not the focus of this community.
-Any posts encouraging unhealthy behaviour such as binging or purging will be deleted immediately.
-Be supportive, have fun, make friends, and that's an order!
