So I was watching Magicians the other day and at the beginning they did the precious gimmick of showing photos of the actors in their youth.

They had one of Mitchell and Webb from what I assume were their Footlights days. Robert Webb looked pretty much the same... but look at David Mitchell.

It's odd that over the years he got more and more carb-faced but his body was always kind of the same side. I love him anyway

I love his round little face almost as much as I love Jimmy Carr's round little face.

But he looks so incredibly lovely in that photo up there.

It's weird to hear myself saying this about old Davey Mitchell, but he was almost kind of... classically beautiful in that photo.

Of course, now he's all lovely and adorable. But that photo is a bit of a surprise.

Adorkable. The Tory-Boy fringe is more than made up for by the enormous brown eyes (yum).

His similarity to Champion the Cyclist as a little boy in Belleville Rendezvous is eerie, BTW.
