Besides, come on people, crack pairings! You can't tell me you don't have ideas for this. Jayne's statue/That robot in Lost in Space, The Doctor/Mal Reynolds (*drools*), Homer Simpson/Inara (!!!), come on, the possibilities are infinite! And cracky. :p

I seem to have forgotten to give you all a midweek reminder, for which I apologize. We've had three people submit icons for this challenge. Only three. And I thought the theme challenge might inspire you guys.

If you would like more time to make your icons, let me know and I'll probably extend the challenge for a while more. But please, try and participate. Even an icon or two helps.

Okay, so this week's theme challenge is going to make you think I'm on crack. Which I probably am. And I hope you jump on the cracky bandwagon because, gorram, it's gonna be fun!

I have two words for you:

Crack Pairings.

Yep, you heard correctly. You're going to come up with the crackiest pairings involving Firefly characters you can come up with and you're going to icon them.

You may use any of the Firefly characters, even people who only appeared once or twice and make up some weird pairings. Or, if you want, you may even go outside of the Firefly fandom to find a partner for your Firefly character crack pairing. Yep, x-overs ahoy! As long as at least one of the people in the pairing (or threesome... or quadruplesome... err...) is a Firefly character, anything from any movie or TV show is game. You just have to make them the most amazingly unreal or cracky or weird or unthinkable or even shuddering pairing.

Remember, this is for weird/cracky pairings. That means pretty much any of the usual canon and non-canon Firefly pairings won't count (unless they involve Book... most pairings involving Book are just... *shudder*).

FOR THE THEME CHALLENGE ONLY, AS AN EXCEPTION, YOU MAY USE TEXT. You don't have to, but you're allowed to if you want. Because some pairings really do deserve a comment or two. 'Nuff said. :p
