I'm looking for fics (any pairing) where Spike is... you know, cool. I mean fics in which he really helps with something or saves someone, or just basically is really helpful. The type of stories that make you say "Wow, he's a really cool vamp!"

Hey there... I love Buffy/Angel(us)/Spike fics! Does anybody knows a few good ones? Have to say... I don't have something against Buffy/Angelus/Angel too. Sad but true I read once a really good fic about the last settings... but I can't find it anymore.

Kind of broad category, but I'm interested in any Spuffy fics where vampire Spike is connected to Dawn-- any mystical way. Especially if it somehow turns out Spike is Dawn's parent the same way Buffy is. Might be AU or a different version of events or canon, but I'm not talking about All-Human fics.
Already know Niamh's fic, Origins.

I just read a fic where the vampire William finds a girl and says, "Aren't you a lovely treat?" while moving toward her all predator-y. I'd love to find some fics where William/Spike is a vampire who falls for a girl who should have just been a meal, but only after some great evil vampire threats and fun. Could be totally different time period or setting than modern, too.
Please, rec some fics for me! Looking forward to it!

I recently read CJ's 300 crossover and Darkest Dream's 'Battle for the Heart' [wip] and have developed a craving for period pieces. If you could suggest some more, preferably not Victorian or Colonial, I would greatly appreciate it. :)

I'd like to read some fics where the Scoobies realize that Spike is actually good (maybe because he did something heroic or generous or something like that) and they become friends, or at least start trusting him. I was thinking about the summer when Buffy was dead, but actually any season is fine by me :-)

Hello guys,
I'm in the mood to re-read some spuffy fics starring an immortal Buffy or a Buffy that turns out to be immortal, maybe towards the end (but NO Vamp Buffy!). I'd prefer the fics where it doesn't happen just because Spike claims her, but even these are welcome.
I know there are many fics of this kind out there, so please, help me remember !

Has anyone seen an AU where William's mum survives as a vampire? Looking for evil soulless vampire!Anne, not the sweet human mother.
Maybe he can't bring himself to stake her, or she manages to fight him off and escape. Then avoids him for decades, I guess, except when their paths cross and all hell breaks loose - especially if she turns up in Sunnydale during the canon years. I'm thinking this could be done in a number of ways, from darkfic to humor. Do any such fics exist?

I'm looking for fics that have Spike and Xander bonding over something and becoming friendly. I love Spuffy and I always felt that if Buffy had 'big brother's' ok it would have worked for them.
For example: There was this story that Xander got turned back into a child and bonded with Spike and when he was grown up again he remember and ok'd the Spuffy relationship.

Hi! Since I had some really great responses on my last post, I was wondering if anyone could help me out here. I'm looking for fics where the Scoobies, separately or as a group, find out about the way Spike's mother felt about him. Spike can be ashamed or defend his mother or he can have any reaction, but I'm just looking for the sort of fic where they find out.
I'm very interested in confrontation fics as well, like something from Spike's past coming back to haunt him or somebody realising something about him that Spike wanted kept secret or didn't know.
I hope everyone understands what I mean. :D Thanks in advance.

I'm not even sure such a fic exists, but I was hoping to find a post "Chosen" fic where Xander, for whatever reason, is sent back in time to get Spike & Buffy together (again, for whatever reason).
If that's not possible, I'll take any recs for post "Chosen" fics where Buffy or Spike are sent back to fix things between them. Bonus points if they become mates.

I am looking for the best of the best of Spangel, Spawn and/or Spara. Some of my faves are "Let the World Spin," "Two Summers," "Blurred Bloodlines," "Soft," and "Orbis Venustatis." Any other recs would be great. Also, William fics. Not AH fics, but a look into the past William fic, or something like that. I only know of four, and I know there has to be more of them somewhere.... Thanks!
