Welcome To Finalia, The Crystal Dream City.

Plot;

A city built (and run!) by dreams. Formerly shadowed by a terrible past; once a cold and empty home for refugees, it now bustles with new residents, shops, even dragons and monsters-- thanks to a mysterious bell that summons souls from all dimensions.
Now, Finalia, as mentioned, is run entirely on the wishes and dreams of its inhabitants. You can wish for nearly anything (nothing bigger than yourself, and you can't summon people) and it will basically appear in front of you.

There are several businesses open at the moment (see list below) and quite a few other places of interest. The idea of this roleplay is interaction and exploration. Since, as an example, Sora is from a different universe than Laharl, then only Sora could wish up certain things he has an understanding of, whereas Laharl will have never seen them before. (This is mainly what the shops are for; sharing items/clothing/culture from your world with others.)

So how does one get to this seemingly perfect city of crystal and wishes? Easy! You simply wake up in it. Your character could be... having a nap, knocked out, dead, losing touch with reality, anything, then they have a chance of waking up in Finalia. Upon awakening, they'll likely bump into any number of Finalia's likeable (or not-so-likeable) citizens... or perhaps even the two rulers of the city; Storm Lucidia and Lightning Eden.

Lightning, although friendly, does not take stress well. Alternatively, Storm is extremely patient, but is not warm towards others.

Finally, the city is watched over by two awoken dragons; Bahamut and his brother, Tiamat. Of the two, Tiamat is more destructive, less intelligent and prone to anger. Bahamut is a calm, talkative entity who is always there to help out. Storm occasionally mounts Bahamut to sail the skies and keep an eye on his people.

Information;

This roleplay is about interaction and exploration. Ideas for events are always welcome; this is semi-crack, centered around console RPG characters and anime characters!

[1] Don't godmod other people's characters.
In a cracky situation this is usually totally unavoidable, but this is, for the most part, a serious roleplay. Therefore, in a serious situation, you cannot assume that your character is watching Cloud Strife cry like a baby. (you're welcome to have your character assume they want to - Lord knows Cloud needs a good sniffle.)
[2] You cannot kill anyone.
Beating each other into submission is condoned and encouraged though!
[3] The Gate Watcher Knights are not exactly paperweights.
They will not hesitate to show you your place, and it will be a while before the mods allow anyone to actually defeat one. We assure you that it'll be worth it. :D
[4] Literacy is lovely.
Chat speak, gibberish and text faces ">_> ^_^ :3" are for the chatroom, and maybe in the midst of something cracky going on. We also understand drunk characters might type gibberish (just for that added authenticity).
[5] Please at least app for a character from a game you have finished.
