The only other Fellini film I've been able to get my hands on is La Dolce Vita. Which of his is your favorite?

this movie is more brilliant than i'll ever know. fellini is amazing. i dont like owning dvds unless they're movies i can watch over and over and over again and get something new out of it -- this is definitely one of them.

This is such a great film. Haven't seen it in ages, though I know it's on one of the 200 or so unlabelled videotapes I keep in the guestroom, heh. Well, at least I now have these great stills to look at!

I don't think there's a boring shot in this entire film. Every scene is perfectly framed.

Is this the movie that the musical NINE is based off of?

BTW, it looks beautiful. I love black and white films, and this one looks amazing, nice caps.

Fabulous caps! I love the scene you capped of him holding her purse-- this whole movie is very artistic, every shot is a beautiful picture.

I love this movie.
Gorgeously amazing caps! But there is a clear advantage when it comes to capping this film because this is a truly gorgeously shot film.

this was the first fellini i ever saw. the only things i liked were how beautiful and charming marcello was, how sensible the wife was, and how stupid the mistress was - i felt like her.

second time around i felt a tingling sensation of appreciating every tiny moment. i'm afraid to watch it again, because i want my appreciation to grow, but i fear that it will bomb.
