My mother was pregnant with me when she went to see this. When she came out of the theater she ran into her ob/gyn who gave her holy hell for all the probable damage she'd caused me.

But I'm not damaged, am I?

Weird you posted this since I happen to be watching Legally Blonde and Anthony Perkin's son is in it.

I just interviewed his other son Elvis for our local paper. He was absolutely charming.

Lucky you! I picked up Elvis Perkins' album a few months ago, it's so sad and beautiful. A gifted family, though one apparently not set for sunshine superstardom.

Even though I had seen the shower scene before watching the entire movie, I was drawn in intensely the entire time. A masterpiece.

You wouldn't mind if I save a few of these stills, would you? You did a wonderful job.

i've been going over this for a few hours now and i guess i've figured it out. perkins has got the same physical stature of fiennes: they're both this lean type that's almost aristocratic. bale is too much on the hunky side for that.

These stills are wonderful. And for me the shower scene is nothing compared to the last scene. It always gives me the chills,Perkins' face and expressions are just amazing.I am always impressed by how much can affect me a scene without blood and splatter,I think Hitchcock and Perkins are remarkable for managing something like that.
