Hey, that's what I was going to say!

I especially like the shot with the blue circle around the Stormtroopers. Took me a few seconds to figure that out.

Lucas is a storyteller, and a damned good one at that. He just...you know...isn't the best director in the world unless someone's leaning on him to do something good. And he's fucking GEORGE LUCAS! No one's leaned on him to do something good since Star Wars and American Graffiti.

Let him come up with the stories and then give them to someone else to direct. End of Story.

esp when so much was lifted from previous source material. as a kid this blew me away and i still have that rush seeing the original, but it certainly seems that all the moons aligned for this movie. cuz lucas really is supremely overrated.

George Lucas has only really directed 2 good movies in his whole career, this one and American Graffitti...Over rated? yes, but it's a spectacular kind of crappy movie he makes...I'm sure 20 years from now folks will be arguing over Michael Bay in the same way.

Third best of the series? Good enough movie, but I still prefer episode V and VI. I'm hoping to see those caps soon :)
