It's even more obvious when you watch the movie. I couldn't find any pics online (and don't have myself) showing the camp from Hogan's Heroes more obviously

Yes, same set, no, Bob Crane. Disturbing, but not as disturbing as you'd feared.

There are two other Ilsa movies out there too.
