AboutThis community is devoted to seeking a society of serious-minded film devotees, and is a forum for eclectic film criticism, study and discussion. It was born from a desire to share and communicate our experiences with a mature assembly of classic film admirers. Please join, and feel welcome.
Posting is encouraged; however, nonsense, meandering, or unproductive posts will be deleted. There is no need to post an introductory paragraph stating that you enjoy old movies: this was made obvious by your membership. Also, please do not post any "who is your favorite actor/actress?" questions, they quickly become redundant.
Critical analysis; both positive and negative, are appreciated. Please couch your arguments in analytical terms: “this movie sucks” for example, is not analytical.
