| About: | Ficcrawler is a multi-fandom fanficton recommendation community. We were interested in a variety of fandoms and were interested in sharing recs with other fans. Thus, ficcrawler was born. All fandoms are welcome. The fandoms recommended will include: Law and Order: SVU, general movies, Buffy, Angel, Firefly, Friends, X-Men movie, X-Men comic, Harry Potter and more. Anything goes - books, movie, tv, video games.. When joining, reply to the intro post with the fandoms you like, couples you prefer and links to your own fanfic. You may also reply to that thread if you'd like to trade links. We are a slash-friendly community! A slash warning must be posted on all recs with slash, as well as the pairing. Rules We have a few rules that are in the best interest of our members. Nobody likes a 5 page post in their friendslist! All posts made to ficcrawler should try to adhere to the format below. Fandom: Title: Author: Rating: Pairing: Summary: ( keep it brief! ) You can also choose to include a few lines that you feel make the fic worthy. 1. LJ-cut large entries. 2. Refrain from netspeak. 3. No more than 4 fandoms per rec post. If you have more than 4 fandoms, make another post with the remaining ones. This allows us to archive the memories easier. 4. Please try not to rec fics that contain excessive spelling errors. A few is fine. 5. All fic recommended must be in English. 6. All fic must include the fandom, ratings, pairings, and a slash warning. 7. Do not rec your own fic. Feel free to reply to the intro post and link to your fic there. Also, feel free to pimp us! Members are always wanted. New members = more fic recs. More fic recs = more exposure for authors. More exposure for authors = them writing more. And so the circle of life goes.
