As the name suggests, this community was set up as place for people to write, rec and share fan fiction featuring the various members of Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. This doesn't mean, however, that posts need to be limited to fic-only. If you just feel like hanging out with a group of people who share your interests, then come on in! Meta, discussion, art, rambling and picspams are not only acceptable but adored.
However if you are interested in writing about our beloved boys and girls (yay!) then you've come to the right place. Het, slash, gen -- all is welcome here. If your fic features a pairing, there need only be one member of the band featured and both The Boys Next Door and The Birthday Party can be considered "the band", i.e. a pairing like Rowland S. Howard/Kylie Minogue is pure gold. &hearts
Please feel free to join and start sharing your writings/thoughts as soon as possible! This is by no means an elite community and it'd be great to spread the love.
A Few Rules:
1. If you have a fic sitting on your hard drive, post it now.
2. If you have a plot idea lurking in your brain, write it now.
3. If you've read a story that you liked, rec it now.
4. No abusive behaviour. If someone's fic sucks, write a better one.
