As for Roswell, Tess never came to Roswell, and subsequently doesn't know anything about Max or the other aliens. This fic is compliant with another one I wrote. You can, but don't have to read it... Queen of Antar, in case you do want to.

I know there really isn't a lot happening here... but to be honest, those quiet moments in life are just as much needed as the action filled ones... besides, I wanted to show a deeper side to the relationship between AC and Tess... so people undestood why it was that they loved each other so much...

Author's Notes: This is the first fic made for the fic_variations com… My prompt was lie. My choice of the pairing is because I love both AC and Tess… I thought it was unfair that they don’t have bigger roles in their respective series… In case of AC, well, I thought it was shitty that they cancelled Aquaman the TV series…
Note: Tess didn’t get pregnant with Zan, instead she met AC as he freed her from a 33.1 facility. This fic is compliant with the other fic I started called ‘The Queen of Antar’.

Sorry about not running this last month; both aaronlisa and I had personal issues come up in RL and just were not able to run it. But we're back again!

We're going to do the same format as last round. You sign up with a claim, and I give you a prompt just for you. You can write 5 - 7 drabbles of at least 100 - 500 words each or 3 - 5 fics of 501+ words each. Post them here to the community as you answer them.

My apologies for the sign ups being late for the month of May. This time around we will be trying something slightly different. Instead of having it that there's a set prompt and people make certain claims, for this month people will be claiming a prompt.

In other words, if you would like to participate leave a comment at this post. I will then provide you with a prompt. For the month of May you would use that prompt to write either 5 to 7 drabbles (100 to 500 words) or 3 to 5 ficlets (501+ words.) Each drabble/ficlet can focus on a different fandom, pairing, or character. At the same time, if you want to use your prompt to write in the same fandom or the same pairing or character, that's okay to.

Each participant will be given their own prompt. If you would like two prompts, please let me know when you leave me a comment.

This is a trial run, if people like doing this, then afteriwake and I will probably run the next couple of rounds in a similar fashion.
