Welcome to Fic_CD_Mix, another low-pressure fiction community along the same lines as

30kisses and

100_situations. The idea here is to write a set of fiction based on 12 songs/lyrics. In effect, you make a CD with your song choices and write along to it.

1. Join the Community.
2. Stake your claim here.
3. Pick 12 songs you want to write your fics to.
4. Make your table and post it on your journal as described here.
5. Start writing and post to the community using the following format.

6. Use the following Rating System.
FRC - Fan Rated Children (All Ages)
FRT - Fan Rated Teenagers (13 years or older)
FR18 - Fan Rated 18 Years or Older
FRAO - Fan Rated Adults Only
7. When you've completed your claim, post here.
8. If you've got a question that hasn't been answered here, please ask here.
9. There is no deadline for how long you can take to write your fictions. But I do ask that you post at least once every three months. Remember, there may be others who want to write the same pairing/couple/general fandom as you. Please try to be courteous to those who may be on the waiting list.
10. You may claim two pairings/characters. If you do claim two, they must be in different fandoms. This will make it more fair for others if they want to write in the same fandom as you.
11. All fics must be placed behind an lj-cut. If you don't know how to use an lj-cut, go here.
12. All genres are allowed except for the following: Beastiality, Incest, and Rape. Everything else is fair game. Original Characters are welcome. Crossovers are welcome. Real Person fic is welcome.
