Misdiagnosed with fibromyalgia and found out later what was really wrong?
"Diagnosed" with fibromyalgia and think it's a misdiagnosis?
Just plain agree medical professionals are using fibromyalgia as another way of saying "I don't know what's wrong with you and give up trying to find out so it can be properly handled"?
You've probably come to just the right place. Feel free to share thoughts, stories, information, opinions.
Just keep it civil, respectful, and on-topic.
---
Note: By no means are we suggesting those diagnosed with fibromyalgia are not suffering. Whether or not the condition exists, the symptoms certainly and obviously do, and are not to be taken lightly. So on the contrary, if anything we are asking for MORE attention to be paid to what is being brushed off as 'having no cause, having no proof of existance, having no cure.' We want ANSWERS, not shrugs.
