I will not let this community -- this pretty, pretty community -- die!

So: what's your favorite moment of the book or movie? What parts did you like about the movie, and where did you think it could be improved (if you consider such a thing possible)?

For my part, I thought the movie and cut out a lot of the black history of the book, but I guess they had a lot of stuff to try to get in a small amount of time. They have no excuse for not making the movie longer, however: that finger-licking scene wouldn't have added that many minutes. And I'm sure our audiences would have been willing to wait.

I just found the only "Fried Green Tomatoes" music videos I've ever seen.

What Becomes of the Brokenhearted. General overview of the movie, very well put together.

You in My Life. Idgie/Ruth video, from Idgie's POV. I couldn't sit through the song, but it also looks pretty good.

You Were There. Another Ruth/Idgie video. It's pretty cool, if you forgive the fact that it stars "Iggy."
