Welcome to ff12_awards. As you can tell, this is an icon contest community for the Square-Enix game that has yet to be released, Final Fantasy XII. I hope that if you've stumbled across this community, you'll join, even if you don't intend to submit an icon or two each theme. You can still participate by voting! Thanks for stopping by, and double thanks to those who've joined, and let's get this show on the road!



You must follow these rules. Failure to do so will result in two warnings, and then you're banned. You only get two chances.

• All icons must feature images of Final Fantasy XII (12).
• All icons must be must be made by you, this includes not stealing icons or copying tutorials and/or other icons.
• No fanart of any kind is allowed.
• Do not, under any circumstances, post your icon(s) before winners for that theme have been announced. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the disqualification of your icon(s).
• All icons must fit Livejournal standards (40kb or less, 100x100 px or less).
• Your icon must be recently made for each new theme that is announced. If a re-used icon is submitted, the mod in charge of that week will ask you to make another one.
• You must be a member to submit an icon or vote.
• You may submit up to two icons, but no more.
• You cannot have a variation of your icon entered into another icontest at the same time. Failure to comply will result in the disqualification of your icon(s).
• Absolutely no voting for yourself.
• And no getting your friends/other people to vote for you.
If you want to use an icon after winners have been announced, be sure to ask for the icon maker's permission and credit him/her for the icon.
• Be aware that in the case of a tie, if one of the iconmakers has voted and the other has not, the tie will be broken in favor of the voting iconmaker.
