AboutThe Fetish Pinup community has been created as an outlet to post and discuss any erotic images that transcend mundane nudity. Pinup erotica are usually bigger-than-life photos or drawings that have a "distinct" sexual charge. Humor is often an element as well.
What constitutes fetish work is very broad and ultimately personal. Please respect other people's predilections and refrain from attacking any posts that may offend you. The moderators of this group do not believe in heavy-handed censorship. We ask only that members be 18 and have a date of birth listed on their user profile since this is an adult community. We also ask that no images of children be posted.
Taschen, the German art publishing house has been collecting fetish fodder for quite some time and making this available in various formats. Erotica Universalis, The Complete Reprints of John Willie's Bizarre Magazines and the multi-volume Exotique series are a few good examples. The Secret Fetish Photo Anthologies are excellent as is the Mammoth Book of Illustrated Erotica. Livejournal already has a Vintage Pinup community, but material from there is fair game to crosspost. Steve Diet Goedde's Beauty of Fetish books, Eric Kroll and Scott Church's work are modern representatives of this classic genre. Try to credit professional, copyrighted work whenever possible.
