INTRODUCTION : This community is for people with fertility issues, who have been ACTIVELY trying to conceive for over 12 months. Exceptions may be made, on a case-by-case basis, if you have received a medical diagnosis of a fertility issue before 12 months. This means difficulty with getting pregnant or staying pregnant, with a diagnosis such as PCOS, Luteal Phase Defect, Recurrent Miscarriages, Endometriosis, Male Factor Infertility, Thyroid Disorders, or many others. This community is ideal for people who have been trying for over 12 months. This community is NOT for people who are just starting out on their TTC journey or for those who are "not preventing" pregnancy, even if you have known fertility issues. To join this community, please be actively trying to get or stay pregnant for 12 months or longer. Do you have any other children? 04) How long have you been actively TTC (trying to conceive) or stay pregnant? 05) What is your and/or your partner's fertility issue? 06) Do you chart your fertility signs? If 'yes' would you like to provide a link to your chart? 07) What are you hoping to get out of and/or bring to this community? 08) Do you have anything to add (tell us a little about yourself)? YOU MUST SEND THIS SURVEY TO BOTH MODERATORS TO BE GRANTED ACCESS. DO NOT REQUEST MEMBERSHIP IN EITHER MODERATOR'S PRIVATE JOURNAL -- THE REQUEST WILL BE IGNORED AND MEMBERSHIP DENIED.
