| About: | We all have fears, sometimes they are so overwhelmingly that we are frozen in time and drowing amidst the fear. It can help to just release the fear into the void. To be able to admit your fear outloud, even if no one knows who you are. There is a healing to be able to say, I am afraid of.... Having released the fear, you can then start dealing with it.. Be free to admit your fears anonymously, feel free to offer support to others. NOTE that the moderators will not tolerate unkind words or anything offensive said to someone admitting to a fear. As phrased by one of my brilliant friends, Amara: So...here it is. Permission. I'm giving it to you. Tell me something. Anything. Something you've never said out loud. Something you hide. Admit a need. Consider a change. Describe an ache. Voice a desire. Make it anonymous if you have to. One step at a time.
