AboutWelcome to the community for Fire Emblem fanfiction. Before posting fanfics, please look through the rules below.
1) Watch the characterization and such in your fanfics, unless you're doing humor stories. In serious stories, characters should follow their roles and personalities properly. Although out-of-character fanfiction won't get you booted from the community, it won't earn you many points among those of us who take our fanfics seriously, either. ^_~
2) Proofread before you post! It's hard to enjoy a story when you're getting a headache from the spelling errors or poor grammar.
3) Put fics behind a LJ-cut, please. It takes up less space on everyone's friends page, and makes it easier for those not interested in some types of fics to skip on past. Any content warnings should be in front of the LJ-cut. R and NC-17 material must include a warning in front of the cut.
4) Yaoi and yuri are permitted. It's preferred that you place a warning in front of the LJ-cut, so those with no interest in such material can easily skip in. (Actually, het romance warnings are nice, too, in the interest of being unbiased.)
5) Constructive criticism is welcome. Flames are not.
6) Obvious trollfics will be deleted without warning, as will anything that has not been proofread to a reasonable level of readability. If you're not going to take the time to do a good job, don't bother.
That said, feel free to post any and all Fire Emblem fanfiction here, from both the new and old games in the series. SSBM-based stories that include Roy and Marth are not welcome, I'm sorry.
