| The FBRmy |
The FBRmy is a street team made by the fans, for the fans. Street teams are usually established by record labels, and are otherwise made up of fans. That is where the FBRmy differs.
The purpose of the FBRmy is to bring together fans of the Fueled By Ramen/Decaydance labels and to broaden the views of fans that aren't quite anchored into the FBR family. The FBRmy is just a street team of fans that want to make the fanbase of FBR bands larger.
To be a part of the FBRmy, all you have to do is be a fan, and if you want, you can join this community, the myspace account, or the deviantart account.
Other: The FBRmy was founded by Shelby, a fifteen-year-old (slightly rabid) fan(-girl) out of southern Alabama on September 5, 2007. She decided she wanted a little more for her favorite label than just the every day street team, and it wasn't going to create itself, so she brought together her friends, and friends of friends, and complete strangers with the same passion, and that's where the Rmy is today. |
