Rules:

1. NO Icon submitted can be animated. That's kind of the point, isn't it?
2. All icons submitted must fit lj format. No bigger than 100x100 and be either a .jpg, .gif. or .png
3. All submissions MUST remain anonymous! That means you can not post the icon you made anywhere until after voting! If your found to be posting it elsewhere then you'll be removed.
4. No telling your friends to vote for you!
5. No voting for yourself!
6. You may only use the image provided for your icon. You can use any part of it you like. But no adding outside images. Brushes and textures are of course allowed.

Submissions

When submitting you must put the image of the icon as well as the URL of it in a post. It should look something like this.

Voting
1. You must be a member to vote!
2. No voting for yourself, or using another journal to vote for yourself.
3. Vote only by the way specified, any other ways will not be accepted.

Timeline
1. New Bases will be posted every Monday.
2. You may submit your icon until 10pm EST on friday.
3. Voting will take place over the weekend.
4. Winners will be announced late sunday or monday with the bases.
