FA United 3: Join us in Mt Laurel NJ, May 28-30, 2010
(Reposted from http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/714928/) And now, for the long-awaited announcement: FAU3 will take place at the Mariott on Rt 73 in Mt Laurel, NJ on May 28-30, 2010. This hotel is in a much nicer location than Newark (you can even see some trees!), with easier access to local food and attractions. Oh, and there's even a water park! And yes, that's right -- 2010. We pushed FAU3 back to 2010 due to the economy. We saw where it was going, and felt a small con in 2009 would be a high risk. By the way -- folks following @faunited on Twitter heard it first! :) We're still thinking of doing something small in 2009 (the much-rumored FAU2.5), but it's still in the planning stages. In the meantime, we're still transitioning our website and email to a new host. So if you have any questions, leave a comment here, or send us a message on Twitter! |

FAU Photos?
Kai_wulf did the fursuit photoshoot at FAU 2008 but, never put them on his site. Anyone know what happened, where we went, etc? |

FAU 2009 cancelled?
There's a rumor going around that FA United for 2009 has been cancelled; in short,there will not be one for '09. Is there any truth to this? The people who've told me this claim to have heard it straight from Shy himself. Current Mood:  confused |

Probably a little late to be getting everything up, but here's yet another album full of photos from the con, as promised. Well, as promised to a few of you - everyone else can have them unexpectedly. There's only two day's worth of photos up at the moment, though, since apparently Flickr has a 200 image limit. If anyone can suggest a better/another place for photo storage, I'll get the rest up as well. The video of Rockaway getting "Sparta'd" into the pool is still coming. Give it time. Hello! Posting a little late because I've been rediculously busy with job stuff back here in PA. I wanted to thank all the nice people who stopped by my table and chatted with me and bought prints and badges and stuff. You all rock. The Gay Blades, The Shitty Grape Lollypops, and The Press were very, very good. I don't know where Sox finds these people. Best opening ceremony ever. ALSO, I am looking for those pics someone was taking of the costumes with the Dr. Who scarf... I finally got enough time to sit down and post all the photos I took both in and out of suit from the con (even the not so good ones).
