Hey everyone. A couple months ago, I made this post:

I am posting this as a Happy Cheerful Sunshine-y Rainbow Puppy reminder that deleting a post with comments will get you banned from this community.

If you have a post that is becoming a problem for you, email a mod. If you have comments that are becoming a problem for you, screen them (that's the little eyeball button), don't delete them, and email a mod. And, of course, always think before you post.

All the mods can be emailed at once using the Happy Cheerful Sunshine-y Rainbow Puppy email address ljmods @ fatshionista . com.

And hey, remarkably enough, it's all still true.

Don't delete posts: you can always change the settings so you no longer receive emailed replies. If things are getting under your skin, I recommend turning off the computer and going the fuck outside. The truth is, there's nothing happening in any thread in fatshionista that can't be put off for a few hours.

Also, read the profile. If it has too many words, confine your reading to the "How To Get Yourself Banned" section. Post deleters who claim that they did not KNOW it was a rule don't get amnesty.

To sum up, again:
Deleting a post with comments will get you banned.
Screen any comments that you find personally-attacking or trolling, and email the mods so we can check them out.
Think before you post.

There may be exceptions to this rule, somewhere in the ether, but we've not run across one yet.
