So I went to the Fulton Street Lane Bryant with high hopes and a (small for some) huge (in my mind) budget to spend on spring clothes.

I've been tempted to buy things from friday sales here, but since I'm pathologically cheap I'd rather that my money went to actual PEOPLE as opposed to shipping and handling. I'd be up for a sales meetup instead of a swap if folks wanted to make some money back on their clothes, but I can't afford to use up such a large percentage of my meager clothing budget on s/h.

But I rant.

I was disappointed by the selection in the Clearance room. I think it's 'cause most of what was there was wintery, and the rest of the store was filled with their lovely spring fashions. I'm really excited by a lot of the stuff they've got right now- lots of cottons and things that FEEL good as well as are pretty and ME colors.

I got a few skirts and tops and a pair of linen-y pants with a thin stripe that will go with the tops. Whoever I need to thank for the brilliant idea of selling clothing that matches CLOSE TOGETHER- that was a very good day.

The pants with the stripe reminded me of a skirt I saw last year in LB that I wanted and I decided to wait to see if it went on sale.

BIG MISTAKE.

I loved the skirt. It was tan or khaki or pale yellow maybe, with various shades of green in thin stripes going diagonally down the skirt.

I googled it and looked on Ebay but didn't find it. Does anyone have that skirt? Do you know what it's called so I can have a better shot at finding it on a search engine? I am kicking myself that I didn't just buy it, but I have a tendency to be impulsive so I work against it, sometimes overcompensating.

But seriously, several people have made the valid suggestion re
hairline.
I agree.
However, I am totally unsure of myself as to the best way to proceed.
So, if anyone has the time (and Gimp or Photoshop) to save, edit and
email one of those pictures with an example of the best hairline to use,
I'd very much appreciate it.
Note, to save my poor in box, I'm keeping this comment open for one

Okay, so i kind of have this problem, i freaking love shoes, but i find alot of shoes really, really uncomfortable! As in, they pinch my feet, they don't have enough arch support, and they create blisters, they rub my heels painfully...My feet get sore quickly in anything other then basic sneakers. My sneakers are the only shoes that i can wear for long periods of time that don't make my feet hurt. D:

Does anyone else have this issue with shoes? Are pretty shoes always uncomfortable? I thought i'd ask here, see what others think....

Another thought, is it because i'm too fat and starting to place too much strain on my feet in anything with a heel (? does that happen ?) I am 5'10 and weigh 280 lbs...
