This is going to sound strange... but trees. Preferably trees with relatively smooth barks (like, not stringy bark), though some gnarly trees are gorgeous as well. Foliage is important, and so is height. There's just something so majestic about huge trees, and their age and weathering makes me feel so in awe.

I am not artist or designer but if I was one. I am constantly inspired by private school, prep, attitudes, and movies about cliquey girls, The craft, Jawbreakers, Heathers. I would want to design clothes for them, the girls that are basically HBIC in high school and still do after.
