| About: | FASH_SPREES Rules and Regulations 1) How to join? Anyone can join fash_sprees by clicking here. Once you're a member, you can join any sprees organised at the community. 2) Application of spree organiser All applications must be directed to fashspreesmods@gmail.com and should be presented in this format: Subject: Application for spree organiser 1)Name/ LJnick: 2)Email address: 3)Date of Birth: 4)NIRC: 5)Address: 6)Account Type/ Number (if you have more than one, pls provide all of them): 7)Printscreen of I/C (please blank out your picture if you need to) Please ensure that you're already a member of fash_sprees and fash_spreesfb(click here) before applying to be a spree organiser in the community. Failure to provide or falsification of application will be rejected and permanently banned from the community. Upon approval of application, a confirmation email would be sent which will include an individual feedback link. The feedback link should be present in all spree posts. 3) Being a spree organiser All sprees should have the following information: -Name of merchant and status of spree (for eg: forever21 #1- open) -Feedback link (with feedback count!) -Mode of payment collection from spree-ers -Delivery mode (VPOST, CGW, INTL SHIPPING) -Updates (PERSONAL LJ, MAIN PAGE, EMAILS) -Exchange rate provided by fash_sprees -Email address of organiser All sprees must also follow this format: -Only one picture is allowed outside the LJ cut -No pictures more than 300x300 pixels -There must always be a feedback link -If you're reposting, please indicate that on the subject of the post (Maximum of 2 reposts per spree) -Maximum of 2 sprees per week by each spree organiser -No watermarks, photos or html to other LJ sites is allowed, unless it is a spree feedback link for reference purposes only -Comments are NOT to be screened! Methods of delivery: -Spree organisers have the right to specify the methods of delivery by which they prefer (this must be indicated on the spree page) -Should spree-ers not agree to the methods of delivery, the moderators would advise that they refrain from joining the spree -Handling fees should not be more than 50 cents. Handling fees cover the costs of material, such as envelopes and tape, and must not be collected should the spree-er opts for collection upon meet up. Comments on the spree page: -Comments regarding enquires are to be deleted only if spree organisers have answered them on the spree page itself -Any comments questioning the reliability of the spree organiser are not to be deleted, unless the spree organiser has contacted the moderator(s) pertaining to the matter and cleared up any misunderstandings -In any case that you're unsure if the comment(s) can be deleted, always seek advice from the moderators! Note to spree organisers: -No profiting is allowed (should there be any found, a ban on the spree organiser will be imposed immediately!) -We allow all types of sprees. For example, online merchants or supplier sprees -No matter what circumstances, spree entries are NOT to be deleted. If you're changing a spree, kindly indicate that the one you posted initially is cancelled and post a new entry with the spree that you wish to change to -Spree organisers reserve the right to confiscate items from spree-ers who are missing in action and cannot be reached for a timespan of two months after the spree items have arrived -NO BRANDED SUPPLIER SPREES (be it authentic or unauthentic)ALLOWED SO AS TO PREVENT LEGAL ISSUES. 4) Feedback links -All spree organisers should indicate their feedback link in each spree post of theirs -In case you didn't know, the feedback centre is at http://community.livejournal.com/fash_spreesfb -Rules and regulations regarding feedback links can be found at the feedback centre -FROM 1ST JULY 2008 ONWARDS, LINKS TO PERSONAL FEEDBACK PAGES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED 5) Roles of spree-ers -All spree-ers are to abide by the terms and conditions of the organiser -Any suspecion of frauds should be directed to fashspreesmods@gmail.com -Be nice to the organiser. They don't owe you a living -You are advised to enquire before joining any sprees 6) Suspension/Bans -Organisers found not following the rules or regulations may face suspensions or bans depending on the seriousness -Usually, 2 warnings will be given first before the spree organiser faces a suspension. -Suspensions will be held for 2 weeks, and can only be lifted after you have e-mailed the moderators at fashspreesmods@gmail.com. Please DO NOT expect us to lift the suspension automatically. -Bans are permanent, and will only be imposed if a serious offence has been committed, or if you have experienced at least 3 suspensions. -Those with more than 5 negative feedbacks will be banned automatically until further notice 7) Rules and Regulations would be updated as and when there is a need. Always use your common sense as the moderators would not be able to constantly amend the rules and regulations just because of a handful of people who choose to pick out the little details we fail to put up on this page.
