In honor of it being Groundhog's Day up here in the northern USA, I bring you the Groundhog's Day Challenge. It's Do-over time. Something happened in the show you didn't like? That one moment you wish could have been different? Now's the time to write it.

Now I'd like to remind everyone that technically this is a 100 word comm. and we all know how well plans go in Farscape hee So, we're not looking for that epic *cough In the company of ghosts cough*, but just that moment and the moment after, or whatever you want.

Happy writing. Please remember to post spoiler warning for the newbies out there and to tag your fic with the challenge and your name.

Um, hi! Long time no challenge.

In honor of the continuation of canon with the release of the comics on Dec 24 (yes, tomorrow, I meant to post this two weeks ago but...you know) I give you the...

And they all lived _______ ever after challenge

So, you can consider this a future fic challenge, or a UR (Farscape doesn't have ARs, we have canon Unrealized Realities!), or a what happened after the last shot of PKWars. What ever your little Scaper heart desires.

Just remember if you are one of the lucky ones who already have and/or read the comics, please announce spoilers. Actually with the influx of new folk watching, please cut-tag your fics and post a warning letting folks know what you might have spoilers for (an ep, a season, a comic, whatever).

Have fun!

AN: I actually started thinking about this when the challenge was issued. Coincidence is a bitch. I am also playing fast and loose with John's age as it's never been actually stated.

Thea - thank you for restarting the challenges, I've not posted before, but felt compelled to do so by way of thanks to you for keeping Farscape alive. Also, in a small way, this challenge helped keep me alive by keeping me awake with brain cells firing while driving home from work very tired on Sunday morning :)

Okay, I promise no consistency boys and girls, but it's Friday, and I'm feeling like throwing down a challenge to someone, so this seems a good a place as any.

For your renewed for now ('cause iTunes is flush with the Farscape love and the writer's strike is over) [info]farscapefriday challenge, I offer you the following:

False Starts

Don't make me regret it people, show some love!!

Okay, well, I learned how to spell resuscitate. Huh.

It's obviously been awhile since line shined in these parts, but there's been a slow but steady influx of new people interested in the show, and with it's current presence on iTunes, maybe now is the time to re-celebrate Farscape by kicking the Farscape Friday drabble challenge back to life.

Thoughts? Interest in participation? Ways to change the format/challenges to open it up a little, or bring in newer writers and readers?

Let me know!

Since this is something I'm currently lacking in, this week's challenge revolves around Sleep, be it too little, too much, arrangements of, longing for, or whatever various and sundry connections that concept carries.

Have at it and have fun!

Shameless cross-post/pimp.

This week's challenge is: Reunions.

(As part of the large media conglomerate that is Thea entertainment:) Snerk. Actually, it's a vain attempt to get more responses to the Reunion Challenge Drabblethon and since the bulk of those prompts are Farscape, I can legitimize the request. See above link for details.

If you do answer the challenge here, there or everywhere, please provide the appropriate linkage!!

Sorry about letting the challenges run for so long. It's a product of too much work and the glimmery hope that they'll be answered! And turns out, if you hold out long enough, you will get a response!!

So, as a reward, this week's challenge will be Mistaken Identity.

Have fun!

Dude, and it's even Friday!!

So I was gonna issue a threesome challenge. And consider that a bonus offer, but listening to the radio last night, I realized that This American Life has done almost 10 years worth of themes and I should blatantly steal from them.

So, this week's challenge is to go to the TAL site This American Life, and on the left hand side click on Complete Archive. Follow the main page down and see the plethora of titles and themes below.

Use one of them as inspiration, and as your title.

Go forth and have fun, because even if you don't write anything, supporting TAL is always worth your time!

Gone So Far
PG, 2178 words
Notes: This is a loose interpretation of the 'Famous Quotes' challenge, inspired by a stanza in one of my favorite Neruda poems. Spoilers up to DWTB then drastically AU, with seeds of S4 as well. Thank you to Shannon and Eclipse for their betas.

because in that moment you'll have gone so far
I'll wander mazily over all the earth, asking,
Will you come back? Will you leave me here, dying?
