| About: | This is a community/archive for Fantastic Four fanfiction, this includes short fics, drabbles, serials, stand alones and essays. All types of fiction appreciated, though it would be preferred if all general discussion was with regard to any fiction being written. Submissions are currently moderated mainly because there was always at least one person who thinks spam - despite the rule against it - is a good idea. It's really not. Everything above-board, however, is accepted. 1. Please put the title of your fic, in the title of your post with the rating. 2. Unless you're answering a fic challenge in another community (and you've chosen Fantastic Four fic or Fantastic Four related-fic*) that requires multiple submissions, please post your story directly to this community. If you also have it hosted off-site you may link to that. And in the case of stories archived at Fanfiction.net I'm going to allow just summary and a link (but do make an effort to post some here). 3. All R and NC-17 posts must be friends-protected. 4. No promotional posts of other sites, communities or journals are accepted here. Neither is general Fantastic Four chatter. There have never been many random fandom questions asked here so the issue hasn't really proved critical, however should there be a sudden influx of fanfic-oriented questions from members then a separate thread/post will be set up for this. 5. Do not disable comments on your posts. If you do your post will be deleted. And that's pretty much it. I've never been one for putting down a lot of rules because I generally moderate the submissions anyway but it has been put across to me that some people would like to be aware of the few rules that there are before they decide to join, thus I've added this to the community User Info also. Any problems with the rules? Comment here. *i.e. fic that involves at least one or more Fantastic Four character in a central role. And yes, persistent rule-breakers will eventually find themselves banned. | |
