Update  
Hay all this is your friendley AA Head hear with an anouncment

We have sent out a confirmation e-mail to every one we have registerd at this point
(( if you sent things in less that 3 weeks ago we probly dont have you on our list yet so dont panic))
but if you have sent your contract in and havent gotten anything from us please
1. check your junk mail folder - we did send a mass e-mail it may have ended up there
2. if its not there please e-mail us at fanimeartistalley2008[at]gmail.com with your full name and we will see if you are on our list

we keep having issues with not having the correct e-mail adresses or having old e-mails
so please keep us up to date
if we dont have your e-mail you will not get the seating chart and we will assigne you a table

on another note
if you registered at con 2007 for your table this year and you have not recived the seating chart yet, it means we dont have the correct e-mail adress for you eather
please e-mail us at fanimeartistalley2008[at]gmail.com so we can update it and get you seated
if we do not have a correct e-mail you will not get the seating chart and we will assigne you a table

Hey, quick question-

Do we have to include a copy of our sales permit when we sent our Artist Alley request/agreement form, or can we just bring it to the convention and show it then, like in years past?

make shure you have 1 copy for you to have at your table and 1 copy for us to keep
so you need 2 all togeather

I know I'm going to sound like a complete fool and an idiot, but is there any way to get on a wait-list for a table or to get a table at the con? I've never done this before and was having some trouble with getting my seller's permit. I went to the fanime site today to double check over what I need, and saw the notice that the alley is full.

I emailed "FanimeArtistAlley2008[at]gmail.com" as well. Thanks for your time and I apologize for any trouble. =__=

Tracking an artist
Hi, I commissioned a piece from an artist last year and I lost his card and can't remember his name. I also cannot find a list of artists from that convention, is it still available and could you tell me where? I haven't gotten my artwork and would very much like to get it.
