Wow--what a fabulous crop of books! (Feeling intimidated by the company I keep once again.)Luckily, I have a couple of Amazon.com gift certificates just waiting to be used . . .

As for HUNGERS OF THE HEART, it's the fourth book in my Guardians of the Night series (paranormal romance). Since I never do a good job of ad-libbing the "what's your book about" answer, I'll just paste in the back cover blurb instead (I actually wrote this blurb, so it is in my own words, even if it's not ad-lib):

What's the new book about? Don't Hex With Texas is the fourth book in the Enchanted, Inc. (or Katie Chandler, on Amazon) series about an unusually ordinary young woman who goes to work for the Microsoft of magic (only not evil). In this book, she's in her home town in Texas to keep herself out of the magical fray so she won't be much of a distraction. This tiny Texas town is supposed to be one of the least magical places on Earth, but then odd things start happening and she has to call in help from New York. Katie, her magical friends and her family have to work together to stop bad magic from making inroads in Texas.

And if anyone is in Texas, I'm doing a signing tonight at 6 at the TCU Barnes & Noble in Fort Worth and next week on the 7th at 7 (easy to remember) at the Borders in Plano.
