The universe is conspiring against me going to see Batman, and, in turn, my two best friends who I've not seen in a month. First, there were three thunderstorms (count them, three) which led to the inability to finish phone conversations.
Now, some random guys my grandparents know died, and I have to go up to Newport on Sunday to stand awkwardly at his funeral. On the day that we had finally managed to work schedules around to go see The Dark Knight.
Stop messing with me, Universe, and also my Christian Bale intake.

Radiopharmaceutical Chemistry: 8
Pharmaceutical Botany: 8.43 test + 9.54 exam + [I don't know how much! Probably 7 or 8] lab diary = 9
Physiology II: 5
Physical Chemistry: 0 !!! [Not surprising, I had written NOTHING. But it's my first 0!]
Analytical Chemistry II: 5.1 exam + 8.5 lab diary = 6 [shame they don't count equally]
Pharmaceutical Microbiology: 5
Conclusions:
1. I probably could do better on Radiochemistry, but 8 is good enough.
2. If I wasn't lazy with Botany's lab diary, I could have gotten myself a 10.
3. 3rd time was the charm for Physiology II. YAY for finally passing! And to think most questions were multiple choice and I, um, kinda went with gut instinct. (Hey, I read what was on the exams the previous times I took the test, and on this one were the things I had read the previous times and hadn't been on! Gah.)
4. I should have just tried to nonsense my way through the Physical Chemistry exam. It worked for other people :x
5. You know that last chapter of the Analytical Chemistry II book, the one the professor only devotes two hours to and you don't have a lab on? When you say you'll read it before going to bed, DON'T FORGET to do it. Because 1.5 out of 10 will be from questions on that exact chapter. *headdesk*
5b. Still, better than having to retake the exam in September, when the professor announced it will be open-book with difficult exercises only because he's fed up with everyone copying.
6. The Microbiology professors (not surprisingly, coming from Medical school) have no clue what they SHOULD be asking pharmacists taking their exams. Such as, you know, antibiotics and stuff.
Total: 4 (albeit difficult) exams for September. Doable, methinks. |

Im surprised if you do, as its been more than 12 months. Its nice to see that Livejournal is vaguely the same and Frank is as uncooperative as ever. I cannot stand my mother anymore.
I think she honest to God, Allah, Buddha, Brahman, and any other god hates me.
Everyday she calls me a dumb ass or some similar insult and makes me feel immensely guilty if I ask for anything, not that she'd let me have it. And after making me do a billion things for her, and after putting so much responsibility on my shoulders, she still thinks that I'm completely defenseless and useless. That I can't do anything fo myself. she goes on and on about how I'm always in the house and how I need to get friends, embarrassing me in front of company. How does she expect me to do anything when she makes me do so much at home. By the time I'm finished with it all it's so late in the day, it's hardly worth it to make plans. And anyway, what the HELL gives her the idea that I want to stick around with her all day anyway?
I can't even SPEAK to her anymore because she'll just blow up on me. She takes everything I say as an insult. I'll ask about dinner and she'll say something like "IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOU, YOU CAN GET OUT OF THE HOUSE" not even answering my question.
I'm almost positive the only reason she ever suggested I go meet anyone on LJ is so I'd be out of the house for a while.
I'm so fucking pissed at her right now. I don't even know what to do. |

So my little brother came home today in a bad mood after visiting his dad. I am seriously pissed at him (his dad, not my little brother). this all just gives me one more fucking reason to hate that son of a bitch. who does he think he is? I feel so, so, so bad for my little brother to have to go through all of the roller coaster emotions that go with a sucky divorce. I look at him and I remember what it was like at that age to feel the guilt of having to leave a parent alone while you spent time with another parent, the sadness that accompanies missing a parent who isnt there. God damn his father. He completely up ended our lives, and now my little brother is suffering. Every day is a struggle not to hit him ( my little brother's dad, not my little brother).
I hope he rots in fucking hell. |

Here is the schedule for my junior year, which (god help me) starts in four and a half weeks.
1st semester
+honors american history (combined studies)
+honors english III (combined studies)
+anatomy (because I'm too afraid of math to take physics and can also make sexual innuendo for life)
+honors trigonometry (ahhhhhhhhh)
2nd semester
+computer literacy (because I still need a computer class)
+economics (with Ms. Holloway of the penciled-in eyebrows)
+honors modern history (with Mr. Schneitman, whom I often want to physically assault due to the fact that he's an evangelical republican who doesn't let me talk. THIS YEAR, I'M YELLING AT HIM.)
+ap government (ahh?)
eta: I watched SGA for the first time, and I don't think I can make myself watch much more, but I admit that Sheppard's hair makes me want to.
