All posts relating to Tom Zarek -- character discussion, episode commentary, fan fiction, icons and artwork -- are welcome, from drabbles to picspam to in-depth analysis and discussion of how very very right (or very very wrong) Tom was when he did that thing to plain old squee.

There is no mother ship

The community is friendly towards het, slash, gen, and the shades in between. Whether you think Tom should run away with Ellen Tigh, or that nothing would ever come between him and Meyers, or think that he's best appreciated with his clothes on -- it's all good. Discussion is welcome; gratuitous bashing of other people's preferences is not.

Posting

Please use cut tags for larger images, fic, and longer posts. Fiction posts and artwork should be rated. If your post contains adult material, then make sure it is clearly marked as not suitable for minors.

If you have news or someone else's brilliance you wish to link to, make sure to give credit where credit is due whether it's the official site, an online publication, or someone else's LJ. Please don't hotlink, it prevents problems.

Spoiler policy: Please also use cut-tags for spoilers. Information on unaired episodes should always go behind a cut; please be sensible about your outside-the-cut labelling, too. A good example: "I'm curious about episode 3.x (Read more...)" A bad example: "Oh no! I can't believe they're killing Tom! (Read more...)" In other words, if you discuss spoilers behind a cut, please do not give the spoiler away outside the cut as much as you might feel the need to squee or vent. People will thank you for it.

New episode discussion: Give people a chance to catch up. Keep in mind we are not all in the same time zone and many cannot watch an episode the same day it airs.

Finally, while a certain amount of information is unavoidable after a while, please consider putting major plot points of the current season behind a cut-tag even if you've seen that episode weeks ago.
