| About: | Merry Meet to all who have found this community! What is Faery Art Cards??? It is a live journal community for artists and collectors who specialize in fantasy and faery art work for Artist Trading Cards. I just started selling my Faery art cards and I thought it would be great to start a community for this subject! So if you join here is some info... 1. Art Cards should be your original art in whatever medium you like...the standard size for art cards is 2.5 x 3.5 2. This is a Faery "and" Fantasy community so along with faery art other images like dragons,unicorns,centars for example... even goth art is welcomed 3. Tasteful nudity is fine but no explicit or porn works of art or anything hateful or violent. 4. Respect copyrights please post your original works! 5. All auctions posted for your trading cards is welcomed so feel free and share your auction images and links. 6.Please respect other members no flaming or troll like behavior will be tolerated! 7.If you have any great links or idea's in regards to art cards please share! 8. Keep images to a reasonable size or use LJ cuts. What are art cards??? They are small original works of art the size of a playing card. They can be traded or sold and they will grow in worth as the years go on. They can be watercolored or in acrylics I have seen cloth ones beaded ones. It is limitless as to what mediums you can use to create these small works of art! Other than that look forward to sharing with you all!!! | |
