| About: | I created this community as a resource for Americans, or those who love American food and live abroad. However, it was brought to my attention that there is no home for foodies from other parts of the world as well. So welcome to all expat foodies no matter where you are from :) We all move away and become expats for different reasons, but I can guarantee we all miss at least one of the foods we grew up with. Please feel free to list recipes to recreate some of these foods, good regional substitutions you have made, and any resources, hints, etc. for obtaining our favorite American treats. Also please use tags to list the country you live in and what kind of product to make searching easier for others. This community is open to anyone that wants to participate.
